We ship worldwide.

Free Shipping
Free shipping on all orders of $74.95 and up.

Processing Time
Orders are prepared and shipped within 1–3 business days.

Delivery Time

• United States: about 6–10 business days after your order ships (about 7–13 business days in total).
• International: Delivery usually takes around 15 days after your order ships. Times can vary by country and customs processing. Any customs duties or import taxes are the customer’s responsibility.

Delivery times are estimates, not guarantees. Holidays, customs and carrier delays can add time.

Customs, Duties and Taxes
International orders may be charged import duties or taxes by the destination country. These fees are set by your country and are the customer’s responsibility.

Tracking
You’ll receive an email with your tracking number once your order ships.

Address Changes
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. If you need to change it, email support@pawsnestusa.com as soon as possible. We can’t change the address once an order has shipped.
